Inspiration Sinai

I am a jewellery artist and a social anthropologist. My creations are inspired by the artistic concepts and narratives of cultures I have explored during my research expeditions and design workshops in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Correspondingly, my work embodies my personal interpretations of these cultural experiences.

Through my close relationship with cultures of a natural environment, Nature, in combination with narrative elements, has become the focus of inspiration to me. In the earliest discoveries of artistic expression, especially in jewellery, natural resources were self-evident.

I choose the materials I use carefully, making sure they are sustainable and eco-friendly; recycled metal, wood and other materials are exclusively used in accordance with conservation criteria.

Each of my unique hand-made objects carries an intrinsic story and an emotional connotation. With this quality, I intend to spark the curiosity and imagination of beholder to explore the story, take the object into their hands and adorn themselves with it.
